HVAC & Ventilation Systems

01 HVAC & Ventilation Systems Nefal provides integrated HVAC and ventilation solutions, covering load studies, system selection, supply, installation, testing and commissioning. 02 Chilled Water Central Systems These systems use chiller units to cool water, which is then pumped through a piping network to air handling units and fan coil units that cool the different spaces inside the building. 03 VRF / VRV Smart Inverter Systems These air conditioning systems connect several indoor units to one outdoor unit or a group of interconnected outdoor units, and vary the refrigerant flow according to the needs of each zone, providing independent control and operational flexibility. 04 Concealed Ducted Systems Concealed (ducted) AC uses an indoor unit installed inside the false ceiling, connected to an outdoor unit and a ductwork network, to distribute air through outlets that suit the interior design without the unit being visible. 05 Rooftop Central Package Units These systems include packaged units, which combine all cooling components in a single unit, and split units, which consist of an outdoor unit and an indoor unit. Conditioned air is distributed through a ductwork network. 06 Evaporative Desert Cooling Evaporative (desert) cooling systems lower air temperature by evaporating water. Options include direct, indirect and multi-stage evaporative configurations, depending on the unit type and project requirements. 07 Ductwork Fabrication & Layouts We fabricate and install ductwork to each project's dimensions and specifications, for efficient air distribution and easy operation and maintenance. 08 Mechanical Ventilation & Fresh Air Ventilation systems bring in outside air and extract unwanted air in carefully calculated quantities, helping to improve indoor air quality and reduce the build-up of odours, humidity and pollutants.

Electromechanical Works & Services

09 MEP: Electrical Power & Feeds Electrical works for projects and their HVAC and electromechanical systems, so equipment is properly fed and systems are connected to the project's requirements. 10 MEP: Fire Protection Systems Fire-fighting and safety systems built to the project's requirements and the required approvals, technically coordinated with the rest of the electromechanical works. 11 MEP: Plumbing & Sanitary Drainage Plumbing and sanitary works for residential, commercial and industrial projects, with attention to installation quality and easy maintenance after handover. 12 MEP: Design & Thermal Sizing Utilizing HAP computerized modeling to assess thermal parameters. We deliver clash-free coordinated Shop Drawings prior to concrete pours. 13 O&M Center & Repair Services Annual maintenance contracts for HVAC, ventilation and electromechanical systems, with the scope, number of visits and breakdown response time agreed from the start, so your systems keep running efficiently without interruption.
